ทุเรียนเทศ มีฤทธิ์ฆ่ามะเร็ง ดีกว่าครีโม!

ลักษณะทางพฤกษศาสตร์:ทุเรียนเทศ เป็นไม้ยืนต้นขนาดเล็ก เปลือกต้นเรียบ สีน้ำตาล กิ่งอ่อนมีสีน้ำตาลแดง กิ่งแก่ขนจะร่วงหลุด

ใบ:เป็นใบเดี่ยว ออกเรียงสลับ โคนใบมน ปลายใบเป็นติ่งแหลม ขอบใบเรียบ แผ่นใบค่อนข้างหนา หลังใบเรียบสีเขียวเข้มเป็นมัน ท้องใบเรียบสีอ่อนกว่า

ดอก:ออกดอกเดี่ยวตามลำต้นหรือกิ่ง ดอกสีเหลืองอวบหนา มีกลิ่นหอม กลีบเลี้ยงมี3กลีบรูปสามเหลี่ยม กลีบดอกมี 6 กลีบ แบ่งเป็น 2 ชั้น ชั้นนอก 3 กลีบ งองุ้มรูปหัวใจ ปลายกลีบแหลม กลีบดอกชั้นในมี 3 กลีบ ขนาดเล็กกว่า

ผล:เป็นผลกลุ่ม ผิวเป็นหนามแหลมทั้งผล สีเขียว เนื้อในสีขาว รับประทานได้ เมล็ดยาวรีสีดำ

ผลงานวิจัยสำคัญที่ผ่านมามีดังนี้

-สถาบันมะเร็งแห่งชาติสหรัฐฯ (NCI) พบคุณสมบัติสำคัญว่า ทุเรียนเทศสามารถ "สยบ" อณูมะเร็งในหลอดทดลองได้ถึง 12 ชนิด โดยเฉพาะ มะเร็งยอดฮิต อย่างมะเร็งเต้านม รังไข่ ลำไล้ใหญ่ ต่อมลูกหมาก ตับ ปอด ตับอ่อน และมะเร็งต่อมน้ำเหลือง

-องค์การอาหารและยาแห่งสหรัฐอเมริกา รับรองผลในการ "เสริมภูมิ" ของทุเรียนเทศนี้ว่า ทำให้ร่างกายแข็งแรง สุขภาพดี สู้กับโรคภัยไข้เจ็บได้ ตัวอย่างเช่น โรคติดเชื้อไวรัสเริม และเชื้อพยาธิ

-มหาวิทยาลัยเพอร์ดิว ได้รับการสนับสนุนการศึกษาและต่อมาได้ยืนยันว่า ทุเรียนเทศเป็นศัตรูตัวร้ายของมะเร็งในมนุษย์จริง โดยเฉพาะมะเร็งต่อมลูกหมากและตับอ่อน

-มหาวิทยาลัยคาทอลิกในเกาหลีใต้ ได้นำสารสกัดของทุเรียนมาเทียบกับยา "เคมีบำบัด" ซึ่งจัดเป็นยาฆ่ามะเร็งที่มีฤทธิ์แรงทั้งต่อตัวมะเร็งเองและตัวคนไข้ ปรากฎว่า ทุเรียนเทศชิงที่ 1 อย่างขาดลอย

การรับประทาน : ใบชาที่ทำให้แห้งโดยวิธี Air Dry จะทำให้ได้ประโยชน์ในการรักษาเข้มข้นขึ้น เมื่อใบแห้งแล้วฉีกใบเป็นชิ้นเล็กๆ และตวงให้ได้ 1 ถ้วยตวงต่อน้ำ 1 ลิตร นำไปต้ม และลดไฟให้ต่ำ เคี่ยวอีก 20 นาที ใช้ดื่ม 3 ถ้วย ต่อวัน รับประทานก่อนอาหาร 30 นาที

ดื่มน้ำชาแบบนี้ทุกวันเป็นเวลา 30 วัน เพื่อฆ่าเชื้อแบตทีเรียในร่างกาย หากต้องการดื่มติดต่อกันเกิน 30 วัน แต่ร่างกายยังไม่ดีขึ้น ให้พักซักหนึ่งสัปดาห์ก่อนจึงค่อยรับประทานชาต่อ

ในการทำชา ต้องเลือกใบที่ไม่แก่เกินไปหรือใบที่มีสีเขียวเข้มเกินไป ควรใช้ใบที่อยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์เพื่อประโยชน์สูงสุด

วิธีการดูแลรักษารองเท้าคู่โปรด

 

   รองเท้า ไม่ว่าจะเป็นผ้าใบ ส้นสูง ส้นเตี้ย รัดส้น คัตชู หรือแม้กระทั่งรองเท้าแตะ ก็อยากได้รับการดูแลรักษาเป็นอย่างดี เพื่อยืดอายุการใช้งาน และคงสภาพรูปทรงไว้เมื่อไม่ได้ใช้งานเป็นเวลานาน ซึ่งวันนี้เราก็มีวิธีดูแลรักษารองเท้าอย่างง่าย ๆ มาฝากกันค่ะ

1. ใช้ไม้รองรองเท้าใส่ไว้ในรองเท้าก่อนเก็บเสมอ รูปทรงของรองเท้าจะคงอยู่ ไม่ผิดรูปไปจากวันแรกที่ซื้อมากนัก

2. การใช้กระดาษหนังสือพิมพ์ยัดลงในรองเท้านั้น ถือเป็นการดูแลรักษารองเท้าอย่างง่าย ๆ แต่ก็ช่วยรักษารูปทรงของรองเท้าได้ไม่ดีนัก เพราะว่า ตัวกระดาษจะดูดความชุ่มชื้นของหนังรองเท้า นานไปจะทำให้รองเท้าแข็งกระด้าง

3. ไม่ควรที่จะใส่รองเท้าคู่เดิมทุก ๆ วัน ควรที่จะสลับรองเท้าใส่กันไปมา จะทำให้อายุการใช้งานของรองเท้ายาวนานขึ้น อีกอย่าง เป็นการช่วยดูแลรองเท้าของคุณไม่ให้ทำงานหนักเกินไป จนไม่มีเวลาดูแลรักษา

4. เมื่อรองเท้าคู่โปรดเปียกน้ำ อย่า ใช้ไดร์เป่าผมทำให้แห้งโดยเด็ดขาด แต่ให้นำรองเท้าไปผึ่งในบริเวณที่มีลมโกรก แต่ไม่ควรนำไปตากไว้กลางแดด และก่อนรองเท้าจะแห้งให้ใช้ไม้รองเท้าใส่เพื่อเป็นการรักษารูปทรง

Hope you have a big head

I bought these for my wife and they were huge! It was like someone with a giant head tried them on first and stretched them out. They were even too big for my head. Aside from them being too big they actually looked nice and she was disappointed they didn't fit.
